Supervisory tasks include overseeing housekeeping teams, inspecting completed work, correcting deviations from policy or procedure, and upholding cleanliness standards through training and corrective action.
Perform opening and closing procedures for the housekeeping department.
Maintain consistent and effective flow of communication between shifts among fellow team members.
Utilize housekeeping email to communicate all pertinent information regarding operations and personnel.
Monitor operations to ensure that staff are following OSP safety rules, standards, and procedures.
Meet with owners during their stay to address housekeeping comments or concerns.

As a PTI Van Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting railroad crew members wherever the railroad requests. Trip length and times vary depending on railroad customer needs. Implementing best management practices for cleanliness and sanitation for supporting an A+ Destination Resort experience at Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation's office buildings, guest bathrooms and common areas (both on mountain and in the base area), SSRC's Employee Childcare Center, and at Haymaker Golf Course Clubhouse.
Managing and supervising a team of custodians including scheduling, training, hiring, motivating, encouraging, coaching, reviewing and disciplining as needed.
Monitor event calendars for upcoming special needs and appropriate scheduling.
Ordering and stocking all necessary supplies and equipment
Maintaining organized working conditions for staff
Maintenance and upkeep of all tools and equipment used in custodial services.
Administration of communication software tools for team assignments and daily activities.
Coaching staff toward the behavioral expectations of the Steamboat Culture Guide.
Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
Ensure safety policies are trained and adhered to by all direct reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Professional cleaning experience required.
Prior supervisor or above leadership experience.
