This position will ensure quality service and effective customer support for all internal and external customers. Prepare and submit reports that include the number of passengers or trips, trip purpose, mileage, etc. Turn in trip sheets, fuel receipts and payments daily. Pre-trip inspection sheets in weekly.
Read maps, and follow written and verbal geographic directions.

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:
Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease in their homes
Help with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake
Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises

Night Audit

Primary duties of this position are to perform the established close of day functions for hotel and F&B operations. The Night Audit represents the management in the absence of an M.O.D. during the hours of duty. Granted limited authority to troubleshoot operational issues and guest or employee problems. Responsible for loss prevention and ensuring the safety of all people on property. Serve as the primary liaison between the hotel and guests.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of scheduled daily activities, hotel features/services: Room types, layout, décor, appointments and location; current rate, specials and packages; Scheduled daily group/event activities; Room availability status for any given day
Ensure that information that is distributed to all departments and employees is as accurate in the moment as possible
Search for answers for missing or inaccurate information either about guests, property activities, locations of events, etc.
Maintain the Daily arrivals/departures, house count; features and service of the hotel
Maintain a welcoming and pleasant environment at the Front Desk whenever on shift
Possess a complete awareness of facilities, hours of operation, emergency procedures and rules of conduct.
Be aware of hotel occupancy, restaurant guest count and private dining or group activities.
Familiarity with the Hotel's Property Management System (PMS) for training, maintenance, reservations, and trouble-shooting (including occasional updates).
Ensuring comprehensive reservation and guest profile notes are placed on each reservation record and update as new information is known, remove inaccuracies.
Perform property checks to ensure the safety and security of the facilities and in-house guests.
Respond to all emergencies as established in the management emergency procedure guidelines.
Always be prepared to respond immediately to guests arriving late, room service orders, luggage assistance and guests checking out.
Perform all Night Audit tasks as defined in the Standard Operating Procedures to close and reconcile the day's receipts.
Give guests property tour in person, schedule property tour with another Front Desk staff member, or give concise directions to areas on property using the property map.
Access all functions of computer system according to established procedures and standards.

Maintain a balanced bank throughout the shift, making drops when necessary. Keep the bank secure at all times ensuring adherence to cash handling procedures.
