The typical pay range for this role is:
$60.00 - $73.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Basic Qualifications
BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Completes Formulary review each quarter on all contracted products to determine rebate eligibility.
Partners with Health Informatics to verify rebate eligibility of claims and rebate calculations.

Job Summary
* Perform medication deliveries and distribute medications to patient care areas employing barcode scanning
* Perform all required pharmaceutical dosage calculations necessary to prepare extemporaneous dosage forms as applicable under the direct supervision of a pharmacist

Basic Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
