Fills outside provider prescriptions in accordance to OHI Outside Prescription Policy in addition to all federal and state regulations as per the NJ Board of Pharmacy. Serves as a resource of information on medications, pharmacokinetics and interactions, to providers. Assist providers in the management of patients with polypharmacy including conducting medication reconciliation, writing medication lists, completing the patient medication card, and providing other means for patients to understand how to take their medications.
