Job Description
The Pharmacist is responsible for the preparation, dispensing, and appropriate use of medications. They play a critical role in patient care by providing medication management, counseling, and education to ensure safe and effective treatment regimens. The Pharmacist will supervise the pharmacy technician, ensuring the highest quality standards of pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides pharmacy services including stocking and controlling medications and filling prescriptions.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements/Certifications:
Full unrestricted U.S. Pharmacy Licensure.
Current BLS equivalent required
Must be able to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Minimum 3 years' recent experience including 6 months within the last year.
Experience on a military site working as a government subcontractor or prime contractor is preferred.
Education Required:

+ Minimum of 2 years of managed care pharmacy (PBM) experience or residency in lieu of work experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
