As a Home Infusion Pharmacist at AmeriPharma, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients who receive intravenous medications or therapies in their homes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Patient Assessment: Conducting thorough assessments of patients to determine their suitability for home infusion
therapy. This may involve reviewing medical records, evaluating lab results, and assessing the patient's overall health status
In collaboration with the nursing department, ensure employing a home health nurse prior to the start of care if appropriate
