Seeks new and better ways to further promote productivity. * Ensures the accurate processing of insurance claims to resolve patient issues and prevent payment rejections. Provide direct patient care, including treatment assessment and medication management activities. Clinically evaluate all patients in specified area on a daily basis with relevant documentation placed in the medical record regarding pharmacy recommendations, plans, interventions, and medication reconciliation.
