    Five Paws of Delaware County is now hiring! Five Paws of Delaware County is a small business based in Delaware County, PA. Our goal is to provide the best reliable animal care when owners can't be there! We have designed our company to provide exceptional services while offering our employees a great work environment! We offer a variety of services to our clients, including daily dog walks, vacation visits, overnight visits, and cat care. As the company continues to quickly grow, we are looking to add several more animal lovers to our team. Schedule: This opening is for someone looking for part time work. Candidates would ideally be consistently available Monday through Friday between 10am and 3pm. You would be assigned 5-10 visits each day pending client demand and staffing levels. Additional earning opportunities before 10am, after 3pm and on weekends. This role is designed to be part-time. Most staff will work 15-30 hours weekly. Operating hours are 7am to 10pm. It is not a flexible position. We prefer candidates with consistent availability. We offer multiple availability blocks to work in: Early Daytime 7am - 2pm Daytime Only 9am - 3pm Evening/Weekend (5pm - 10pm at least 3 days per week, 3 weekends per month) Overnight Pet Sitting work is also an optional additional earning opportunity. Please note that these availability blocks do not guarantee that you will be working the entire time. We may not have the client demand to work continuously during an entire availability block. You must be available to work part-time on major holidays. Location: We are currently hiring in Newtown Square and nearby communities. Practice time management to ensure on-time arrivals for all assigned visits The candidate should have an innate desire to care for animals while ensuring their safety. The ideal candidate: An honest, patient, and enthusiastic candidate who can provide our client's dogs and cats with the highest quality visits possible. Previous professional or volunteer experience with animals is preferred, but a positive attitude and a desire to learn are just as important. The candidate should enjoy an active work environment, walking independently and working outdoors regardless of weather conditions. We're looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers who genuinely love working with children to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time and Seasonal sitters with the following schedule options available: 5 AM- 5 PM 7 AM- 7 PM 12 PM- 12 AM Weekends are ok too if you also have three weekdays of full availability, Monday- Friday. What We're Looking For: Experience: At least 6 months of childcare experience References: Three childcare or professional references. Certifications: CPR and First Aid certified-or we'll assist you in obtaining these. Transportation: Reliable transportation and the ability to commute up to 30 miles. Background Check: Ability to pass a thorough background screening. Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S..
