Job Description
Candidate must reside in the state of Arkansas. Hours M-F 8-5, 75% travel in AR. Travel is within 3 hrs.
Position Purpose: Responsible for connecting with plan providers regarding quality initiatives and key quality performance indicators. Shares HEDIS, CAHPS, HOS, Part D and Administrative Operations reports and gap lists with providers. Use existing resources to collaborate with provider offices and internal partners on performance measure barriers, actions to mitigate low performing measures, and the sharing of quality best practices to support providers.
References and connects providers with existing resources to educate provider practices in appropriate HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) measures, medical record documentation guidelines and Member Experience measures.
Acts as an ongoing resource to providers for quality improvement via regular touch points and meetings.
Educates, supports, and resolves provider practice sites issues around P4P (Pay for Performance), RxEffect, CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems), HOS (Health Outcomes Survey), CTMs (Complaints to Medicare), Disenrollments, Appeals, and Grievances.
Collaborates with Provider Relations and other provider facing teams to improve provider performance in Quality (Clinical and Member Experience measures). Provides clear insight into provider group dynamics, identifies areas of opportunity, builds action plan and collaborates cross functionally to support quality performance.
Develops, enhances and maintains provider relationship across all product lines (Medicare, Medicaid, Ambetter). Supports the development and implementation of quality improvement interventions in relation to Plan providers
Conducts telephonic outreach to members to encourage members to visit the physician in an effort to close quality care gaps.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience with clinical and member experience quality.
License/Certification: Driver's License required. Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistant Licensed Vocational Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Social Work licensure preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with HEDIS and familiarity with HEDIS measures.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%, including trips requiring up to 3 hours of one-way driving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior experience presenting to healthcare providers or quality personnel, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.
Pay Range: $19.04 - $32.35 per hour

Check-in with the outgoing patient care techs at the beginning of your shift to get a report on your patients.
Conduct hourly rounds on patients, checking vitals, maintaining whiteboard information, and assisting with care as needed.
Assist patients with ambulation as necessary. This may mean helping them reach a recliner in their room, walk to the bathroom, or down the hall. Assist released patients in getting safely to their vehicles outside.

Background Check:
A background check will be conducted on all employees and, where appropriate, may consist of prior employment verification, professional reference checks, education confirmation, credit checks, driving record, criminal record, child and adult abuse registries, child and adult protective services, and state licensing bureaus. Background checks will occur during pre-employment as part of the hiring process and may occur on a regular basis annually. Right at Home reserves the right to also conduct background checks at other times during your employment.
Providers licensed with the Arkansas Department of Health must maintain evidence of criminal history records checks completed on all operators, applicants for employment, and employees. Providers are also subject to DHS certification requirements for registry records checks and reporting.
Each service provider shall maintain on file, subject to inspection by the Arkansas Crime Information Center, the Identification Bureau of the Department of Arkansas State Police, or the licensing or certifying agency evidence that criminal history records checks have been completed on all operators, applicants for employment, and employees of the service provider.
A federal criminal history check must also be completed if the applicant or employee has not continuously lived in the State of Arkansas for the past five years. The agency will be responsible for verification of this information. Examples of evidence that can be used to verify the above may include, but is not limited to, employment records, payroll check stubs, tax records, rent/house payment records, utility bills, school records, etc.
A service provider shall inform employees that continued employment is contingent on the satisfactory results of criminal history records checks and shall conduct periodic criminal history records checks on all employees no less than one (1) time every five (5) years.
If the licensing or certifying agency determines that an applicant or employee is disqualified from employment based on the criminal history of the applicant or employee, the service provider shall deny employment to the applicant or shall terminate the employment of the employee.
If the licensing or certifying agency issues a determination that an applicant or employee is not disqualified from employment or if there is no criminal history on an applicant or employee, the service provider may employ the applicant or continue the employment of the employee.
Completed applications for criminal history records checks and fingerprints are submitted by the agency to the Arkansas State Police and Federal Bureau of Investigation (if applicable).
Right at Home will pay for these background checks as long as it clears, and the employee remains employed for the company for a minimum of 90 days. If the employee does not pass the background check (at any time), the employee quits at will or is terminated within 90 days of employment or if employee does not give a proper 2-week notice at end of employment, the employee will be responsible for the fee. The fee will be deducted from employee's final paycheck or debited from account on record. We do adhere to the federal and state Department of Labor standards; a final paycheck will not fall below minimum wage.

We will require our employees to comply with all facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws regarding drug testing. Right at Home reserves the right to randomly drug test employees. Any employee who is found to be in violation will be subject to disciplinary action up to or including termination. When Right at Home requests a random drug test, an employee has 4 hours to report to the office or testing facility (whichever Right at Home chooses) for test.

Such a test may be conducted under the following circumstances:
Pre-employment drug test as a condition of an offer of employment

Only those with a need to know the information for reasons connected with their employment will have access to the test results.
Employee's positive test result showing the usage of drugs or alcohol or being under the influence will be given the opportunity to explain the positive test result. Any applicant with a positive test result can have their offer of employment rescinded. Employees with a positive test result will be subject to discipline up to and including termination.
Applicants or employees who refuse to submit to a requested drug or alcohol test, tamper with a test result or refuse to cooperate with investigations of policy violations, will be subjected to corrective action including rescinding of the offer of employment or immediate termination.
Right at Home will pay for this drug test as long as the employee passes the test, and the employee remains employed for the company for a minimum of 90 days. If the employee does not pass the drug test (at any time), employee quits at will or is terminated within 90 days of employment or employee does not give proper 2-week notice, the employee will be responsible for testing fee.
