Primary Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:
Supports our assisted living and memory care residents by providing companionship, supportive listening and activities of daily living, i.e. bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.
Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
Assists residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
Light housekeeping and laundry.
Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.

What You Will Do
Exceed sale goals by providing a personalized and elevated shopping experiences in-store and online
Drive customer acquisition through networking opportunities, leverage social media to seek online and in-store traffic, and create and execute a compelling online presence to form awareness and promote the services and experiences you offer
Partner with store team, vendors and community partners to develop and host virtual and in-store events to deliver incremental sales.

Make data driven decisions that will drive growth and understand your local market and customer base.
Meet with the Store Manager on a regular basis to inform them of your performance, goals and actions.
Complete Daily and weekly tasks include checking emails, appointment booking upkeep, customer follow-up, content development and posts, and other duties as assigned.
Attend Vendor trainings and development workshops as assigned.

Follows instructions closely and reports patients complaints and pertinent observations to the nurse accurately and on a timely basis.
Handles and serves patients in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort. Transports and sets up oxygen in patient room/station under the direct supervision of a professional nurse. Aids and/or feeds patients with meals efficiently.
Monitors patients to provide a safe environment.
Applies pressure to needlestick sites after treatments until bleeding subsides following universal precautions and strict hand washing techniques.

Qualifications
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
MT/UT on-the-job training preferred
Ability to withstand the physical demands of the job
Must pass a thorough background screening and drug test
Valid Driver's License required
Legal US Resident
Must be willing to travel
Demonstrate effective time management
Self-motivated and strong initiative
Strong verbal and written communication skills
