Primary Responsibilities:
Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPT's) and support daily, weekly and monthly program teams. Their main focus is to serve as the business capture lead and to organically grow the product line and support existing cross functional program teams to ensure positive relationships on existing programs.
Identify and analyze trends in market sector. Make recommendations for program pursuit, capture tactics and IR&D investments.
Provide assessments of potential competitors and projection of potential courses of action for targeted programs.
Coordinate efforts and activities of company assets to ensure complete sell, including developing tactics and responses that compliment or counter feedback about the company.
Participate in trade shows and industry forums that promote company image.
Assist Program Management and other home office functions in preparation of promotional materials.
Build networks, relationships, and interface rapport with potential customers, and customer decision makers to establish a Nammo Defense Systems presence.
Interface with NDS cross-functional matrix team of Field Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Engineering, Research, Systems Integration, Manufacturing, Quality, Test, Procurement and Subcontract Management Develop and execute new business opportunities through Composite Solutions team collaborations.
Job Qualifications:
BS Degree and 10+ years of leadership experience
US Department of Defense or related industry experience preferred.
Existing Market knowledge and competitor insight is required
Knowledge of the site products is required and extremely important for the successful candidate.
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate PRN Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in phlebotomy. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for performing biometric screenings, including venous blood draws, finger sticks, blood pressure checks, and other health assessments, at various client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform venous and capillary blood collection efficiently and safely.
Perform testing via CardioCheck+ machines utilizing finger-stick sample collection.
Conduct biometric screenings including blood pressure (automated and manual), BMI, body fat measurements, and other health metrics.
Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of blood specimens.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of participant information.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and sterile environment.
Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professional team members to provide a comprehensive health screening experience.
Provide services at various screening sites as needed (reliable transportation is required).
Assist with transporting medical instruments and supplies to and from screening events, if necessary.
Facilitate effective communication between team members, management, and clients.

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Current certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent.
Current licensure (if required) as a Phlebotomist
Proficiency in performing blood draws and biometric measurements.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
CPR certification.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable, but not required.

As the District Manager, you will need to travel to different locations, track progress, and ensure stores are operating properly per brand standards.
JOB SUMMARY
The District Manager is responsible for the overall sales, operations, profitability, and people management for the Popeyes restaurants.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Ensure all restaurants are staffed properly with qualified RGM's and Assistant Managers.
· Work through RGM's to ensure restaurants are staffed with qualified shift supervisors, and crew.
· Develops and executes plans to achieve top line sales performance compared to budget sales for each area.
· Develops plans to control expenses and achieve budget for restaurant operating profit for each area of the Profit and Loss Statements.
· Ensures all assigned restaurants meet Popeyes Corporate (RBI) operational standards necessary to achieve expansion approval.

· Assists in ensuring restaurants are following all state and federal labor laws, as they pertain to Popeyes.

Inspects the work environment or equipment to verify that no hazardous conditions exist. Please note, in the event of an accident, the Foreman is likely the one who will prepare the preliminary incident report. Ensures that daily, weekly, monthly, etc. checklists are completed for safety and equipment maintenance for department(s). Ensures that departmental Staff has appropriate attire and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Manages departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to Plate Management.
This includes performing quality control checks, ensuring that the order is being filled correctly and timely. Assists in the processing of priority orders to ensure that turnaround time is met. Ensures that weekly inventory lists are completed and submitted to Plant Manager for department, timely.
The Forman will be tasked to update the NP work Flow, in all aspects, assigned as a daily task. This will be the updated work schedule for departmental assigned work. The Forman will be tasked to keep up-to-date (real time) work schedules for department product tracking. The Forman will be responsible for notifying the Sales Department of any possible late orders, before its projected ship date, via email.
Forman performs other duties as assigned by Plant Manager.

In this position, welding occurs in a production environment at a fixed welding station. Welders are responsible for achieving immediate and short-term production objectives laid down by the Welding Supervisor. This position requires near perfect attendance and punctuality. Employees are expected to be in their department area before the shift starts. Reasonable overtime hours may be required to meet production needs. This position reports directly to the Weld Shop Supervisor.
