The benefits were good

Work environment was unfriendly. Specifically the leads were terrible.

Young executive team so immensely open to innovation and streamlining processes

Cons of working at Penumbra

Rampant nepotism, politics that are heavily influenced by personal feelings and relationships, inexperienced young executives

Work from home 2/5 days a week unless we are being audited (excluding production staff it is impossible to physically build our products from home)

A genuine desire to develop products that save lives and help in the recovery process

I feel it's comparable but it's still lacking for the area and inflation.

We are majority APPI, specifically Birmese and in some departments it's a problem
