Our vault leader is looking for experienced and ambitious rising star litigation partners to work closely with one of the most nationally recognized litigation partners , board advisor, and Global Co-Chair of the Investigations and White Collar Defense practice. We are working closely with the executive management team to add to their team to continue to build and scale the practice.
We are working with the leader of the team. The broader litigation practice is incredibly busy, with a strong and diverse set of matters consisting of major civil litigation (commercial, securities, and governance litigation) and high-profile government investigations (primarily DOJ and SEC), many of which result in contentious trials garnering national attention.
We are looking for high-caliber candidates who meet the following criteria:
10-15 years out of a top 10 law school, with Order of the Coif honors preferred
Federal clerkship experience, preferably with the U.S. Court of Appeals
Proven experience managing teams and leading complex litigation matters
Strong background in drafting and arguing dispositive motions
Impeccable writing and oral advocacy skills
Driven, extremely hard working, collaborative, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding practice with high-profile and very contentious matters

Meet all SLA's set in place
Assist with obtaining condo information, Realtor contact information, Attorney fee sheets and insurance binders
Structure loans and calculate borrower s income
Discuss loan rates with borrowers
Running loans through various systems for credit and automated underwriting
Reviewing asset statements, paystubs, tax returns and other documentation provided by borrowers for large deposits, accuracy and to ensure that the documentation is complete
Assist the borrower with letters of explanation for the underwriter
Submit loans to Disclosure Desk once loans are pre-approved and the contract is received for processing
Review preliminary figures for closing disclosures and send to customers with finalized fees prior to final approval
Track to confirm receipt of Initial Closing Disclosure delivery to borrower
Work with manager for any rush requests
