The People Delivery Partner will collaborate closely with business leaders to facilitate the delivery of people-related strategies, lead and manage key projects, provide key people data led insights and ensure that the People function actively contributes to the company's success and growth. This is an agile role and will work across operations, growth and change based on business priorities. Salary Range - £57,000 to £67,000 1. Partnering: • Work with key stakeholders to educate them on approach to leading teams and using the People team centres of excellence model, to drive and secure strong sponsorship with the business • Understand Maximus' operational business model and develop a unified approach to delivering People initiatives across the organisation in line with business requirements. • Act as a true partner, aligning and translating people strategies with company goals. Working to create a clear roadmap of people priorities that are to be delivered through the operational team driving key people processes such as talent management, performance management to drive organisational success • Deliver regular updates on key people metrics with insight to enable the business focus on areas to drive improvement to improve retention, attendance, workforce planning ensuring trends and insights are fed back to the People centres of excellence to drive focus and improvements to the business 2. Talent Management & Succession planning: • Drive and lead the talent and succession process in the business, ensuring a robust and consistent approach is applied, share key outputs with T&D and Resourcing to ensure action taken as a result of the process. • Identify and develop a clear capability profile, understanding and addressing capability gaps with stakeholders to ensure the right talent is identified and developed to fill critical roles, fostering a pipeline of future leaders and plans developed to address any gaps or areas of risk. • Ensure that there is a focus on applying a diverse lens to pools, to ensure no biases have prevented us from being inclusive. 3. Retention / Attendance: • Develop strategies to improve retention, particularly within the first 12 months of service. • Partner with the Wellbeing function to create strategies that improve attendance 4. Engagement: • Nurture a positive and inclusive working environment and support initiatives developed by the engagement and culture teams. • Operate within and promote the Maximus values. 5. Essential Responsibilities and Competencies School Administration Ensures a world-class educational model is developed and delivered for every scholar (curriculum and instructional strategies, school culture, scholar performance, character development) Conceptualizes the goals of the school and plans accordingly to ensure that procedures and schedules are implemented Identifies and hires new staff including all teachers, operations, teaching assistants, and other support staff Takes charge of scholar recruitment and ensures school is enrolled at capacity for academic year Ensures consistent school schedules, including school calendars, regional training, and school compliance Manages the budget and contributes to the creation of a multi-year budget model Identifies and implements the annual objectives for the instructional, extracurricular, and athletic programs of the school Acts as a catalyst for efficient, accurate, and transparent business models (accounting, financing, purchasing, facilities management, technology, reporting, compliance, scholar recruitment, safety, food and transportation services) Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required School Leadership Inspire, motivate, and encourage key stakeholders Leads the effort to build strong relationships, communicate, and collaborate with key stakeholders including scholars, staff, parents, and community members Ensure that staff members are engaged in purposeful professional growth developing teacher, school, and network leaders Evaluate all staff members according to written performance indicators aligned with their job descriptions Continuously utilize data-driven instruction and student data resources to strategically drive achievement results throughout the year Leverage strengths of team members within the school in order to maximize and reach optimal individual and organizational goals Manage time, people and resources efficiently and effectively Build a positive and supportive work environment for all team members Create a culture within the school that reflects the core values of the organization by exemplifying and expecting them from self and others Qualifications Successful educational leadership experience with the demonstrated ability to lead and grow a high performing team Business expertise related to compliance reporting, educational legal obligations, and general business operations Track record of success and proven results of driving student achievement Experience working with students and families in low-income communities Master's degree in Education or related field Exceptional MS Excel Skills and strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Personal Qualities Integrity, credibility, and passionate commitment to EAGLE's mission of Expecting Academic Greatness with a Loving Emphasis Proactive and hands-on strategic thinker who enjoys tackling challenges and overcoming obstacles Keen quantitative analytic, organization and problem-solving skills Ability to simultaneously lead multiple complicated and intense projects Strong relationship building, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Commitment to loving our scholars, an unwavering belief that all children can and must succeed, and a deep passion for developing the character of a serving leader in every child Driven by a passion for ensuring every scholar has an excellent education Serving Leader able to continually raise the bar, inspire, equip, and support a diverse team to achieve beyond their own expectations An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
