Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Partner with a strong background in management-side representation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour (FLSA), and non-compete matters in both federal and state courts, as well as before the EEOC and OCRC. This role also involves providing strategic counsel to employers on workplace policies, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies designed to prevent litigation. A book of business is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Litigation: Defend employers in employment-related disputes, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour claims, and non-compete matters.
Advisory Services: Provide business-focused legal counsel on workplace policies, employee handbooks, discipline, terminations, ADA accommodations, FMLA, and wage and hour compliance.
Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement proactive legal strategies, training programs, and compliance initiatives to help clients avoid litigation.
Strategic Growth: Play a leadership role in the firm's Employment Law practice, contributing to its development and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
7-15 years of experience in employment law, with a strong focus on management-side representation.
Proven expertise in handling employment litigation and advising employers on proactive legal strategies.
Strong interpersonal and client relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and collaborate with attorneys at all levels.
A desire to contribute to the growth of a dynamic, entrepreneurial firm and step into a leadership role.

Business Development:

Summary:
As a partner in building brighter futures for youth and their families, your role will be to provide advocacy services on behalf of the parents and families who are placed in our residential programs and other related technical and clinical support activities that align with The Village Network's Mission, Vision & Values.
Essential Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Provide effective services by implementing the elements of quality care: being Present, Attentive, Attuned and Responsive. Provide developmentally-appropriate services in the following ways:
Supporting the family's efforts toward helping the youth to achieve their treatment goals
Role model and teach the family appropriate skills and behaviors
Implement the 6 R's strategies when working with families
Discover family/parent strengths and be able to create and present a strengths summary to the family/parent.

As GDIT AWS Alliance Partner Director, you will manage a portion of the partner relationships and lead joint GDIT Partner growth strategies, working with strategic accounts, marketing, and solutions teams. Required Qualifications:
Master's candidate with 8 years' experience or a Bachelor's and 12 years' experience delivering technology consulting and solutions
8 or more years of experience providing AWS and Cloud technology solutions and consulting leadership, in the areas of Cloud, AI, Cyber Security, or Advanced technology.
Associate level AWS Certification (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect).
Public Sector customer leadership in at least two segments: Civilian, Defense, Health, Intel, State & Local.
Direct work developing solutions and services with Solution Partners (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google, ServiceNow, and GitLab).
Demonstrated track record building and deploying solution for US Public Sector or Enterprise customers.
