The Client Partner, Life Sciences is responsible for understanding their assigned customer's entire business (including their goals, objectives, and initiatives) in order to drive growth, retention and satisfaction. You will own the account relationship across all Life Sciences offerings, and be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process to bring Datavant's Life Sciences solutions to existing and new Life Sciences clients.

**Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise sales or business development, in life sciences, focused on SaaS, Real World Data, or services.
+ Deep understanding of life sciences companies (biopharma, medical device, CROs).
+ Experience selling complex solutions and driving significant revenue growth in a highly dynamic environment, involving multiple stakeholders from line managers to "C" level executives.
+ Highly consultative, hands on and collaborative.
+ Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
+ Experience with Google suite of productivity applications (Sheets, Slides, Docs) as well as Salesforce.com

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Participates in the initial Building a Better Future training;
Provides training/education to DHS staff about the Parent Partner Program;
Assists in the goal of reunification and/or the development of appropriate alternative permanent plans
Is available for support and education for family visits;
Meets face to face with each referred parent at a minimum of once a week for two hours, and as needed, whenever possible in the family home;
Work intensively with birth parents to promote engagement in case plan activities via face-to-face visits, letters, emails, and/or phone calls;
Makes contact with the referred biological parent(s) within seventy-two hours of the referral to begin to establish a relationship and rapport with the client and clarify the intent of the Parent Partners service;
Makes contact with the assigned foster care provider within five days of receipt of referral.
Works with the parent and the assigned foster care provider to develop the Parent Agency Agreement/Treatment Plan (PAATP) tailored to the needs of the client, children and court expectations;
Assists parents by providing support, empathy and information about the foster care system, courts, services, etc;
Provide a sense of hope and inspiration through encouragement, outreach, and connecting parents with resources;

Provides self-advocacy and empowerment skills to all referred parents on navigating through the system;

The Client Partner manages the relationships with multiple of Acxiom's accounts and clients. Oversees and maintains a consultative relationship with the client, acting as the primary contact and partner for all Acxiom products and services. Responsible for maintaining excellent client communication at all levels of the organization. Works closely with the client to regularly review account and solution performance, identifying and communicating opportunities for additional Acxiom support. Finally, they are responsible for developing the business by identifying and selling additional services within the Acxiom product portfolio.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED:**
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in an account leadership role in sales, marketing or agency environment supporting **Automotive OEMs or large Dealer Group** or applicable experience. In the absence of a bachelor's degree, relevant experience of an equivalent time will be considered.
· Experience managing large complex accounts with Marketing Technology, Advertising Technology, Data, and Identity solutions/services.
· Demonstrated success closing large complex deals.
· Experience and temperament working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
· History calling on all levels of client organizations, including senior level executives.

Duties include a variety of supportive services and direct interventions with clients and family members. Will be a part of a mobile crisis team that includes a Mental Health Therapist that will go into the community to meet with families in crisis. Will also be a support to families that go between crisis services units. Will use their unique skills and qualities to act as a role model to parents or primary caregivers, providing validation, encouragement, and coaching. Will act as an advocate for positive parenting behaviors and connection to services. Will strive to provide outstanding customer service, also explain/answer questions regarding program services. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program/sub-unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA's mission, policies and procedures.
Requirements: Possession of high school diploma or G.E.D. required. One year of experience interacting with persons with emotional impairments required. A minimum of one (1) year's experience as the parent or primary caregiver of a child with a severe emotional disturbance. Must have received public mental health services in the past for the child's SED (preferably with Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton and Ingham Counties). Must complete Parent Support Partner training program within one (1) year of hire through the mandatory ACMH Parent Support Partner certification program. Ability to communicate accurately and effectively both orally and in writing is required. Possession of a valid Michigan driver's license and access to reliable transportation for job related use is required.

As our new Principal, you will be a leader that will join our global Air Quality and Climate team that supports clients with a wide range of complex and challenging environmental issues.
