The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 7+ years of litigation & employment law experience, plus a portable book of business. Responsibilities: * Manage and execute annual GTM plans with assigned technology partner (s) * Bethe central point of contact and advocacy at Bridgeline, orchestrating the technology partner engagements across the various departments: product, marketing and sales * Identify new opportunities for quality, high ROI engagements with technology partner * Acquire new and expand upon existing digital agency relationships * Develop a pipeline of merchant prospects through your partner portfolio to achieve lead generation and revenue targets for the sales teams * Evaluate and implement partner collaborations and co-marketing initiatives that support lead generation and revenue goals * Represent Bridgeline at partner events and conferences to raise brand awareness and generate leads Requirements: * 4+years experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or ChannelManagement in a SaaS, payments, fintech, or eCommerce company * An understanding of the eCommerce landscape, eCommerce agencies, and their business models * A track record of achieving revenue targets * Professional communication skills and the ability to be diplomatic in difficult situations * Deep understanding on how to effectively educate partners * Strong critical thinking skills and a creative approach to penetrating new accounts and to address issues with out-of-the-box solutions * Willingness to travel to partner offices and networking events domestically Bridgeline Digital Offers: * Competitive base salary and benefits, paid vacation and holidays, 401K, and more * A dynamic, open-minded company with great opportunities for personal development * Work with the newest development and digital engagement technologies * An organization where suggestions are encouraged, and your influence can be felt within the company and Bridgeline's products * Professiona ldevelopment and career advancement opportunities * Inspiring, fast-paced, and flexible environment
