Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Partner with a strong background in management-side representation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour (FLSA), and non-compete matters in both federal and state courts, as well as before the EEOC and OCRC. This role also involves providing strategic counsel to employers on workplace policies, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies designed to prevent litigation. A book of business is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Litigation: Defend employers in employment-related disputes, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour claims, and non-compete matters.
Advisory Services: Provide business-focused legal counsel on workplace policies, employee handbooks, discipline, terminations, ADA accommodations, FMLA, and wage and hour compliance.
Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement proactive legal strategies, training programs, and compliance initiatives to help clients avoid litigation.
Strategic Growth: Play a leadership role in the firm's Employment Law practice, contributing to its development and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
7-15 years of experience in employment law, with a strong focus on management-side representation.
Proven expertise in handling employment litigation and advising employers on proactive legal strategies.
Strong interpersonal and client relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and collaborate with attorneys at all levels.

The People Delivery Partner will play a pivotal role in the operational People function, reporting directly to the Head of People - Operational Performance.

1. Partnering:
• Work with key stakeholders to educate them on approach to leading teams and

• Act as a true partner, aligning and translating people strategies with company goals.

Ramboll is currently seeking a senior-level environmental or occupational epidemiologist to join our Health Sciences team as a Principal. Applicants must have demonstrated capability to develop new business with at least 15 years of experience in scientific consulting. When you join us, you will provide business and technical leadership and will contribute to advanced solutions in the human health sciences with applications to the chemical, manufacturing, energy, pharmaceutical, government, and/or legal sectors.
Your new role
As our new Principal, you will focus on developing business that benefits from our technical expertise and global reputation. You must have experience in seeking and realizing opportunities and managing consulting assignments, enjoy and work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams, and be proficient in the analysis and communication of technical information. Your goal will be to work cooperatively with colleagues, agencies, and trade organizations to develop solutions that will guide risk-based decision-making. You must also demonstrate a commitment to mentoring and developing staff.
Your primary practice or specialty areas may include one or more of the following:
* Regulatory science
* Product safety and stewardship
* Occupational health
* Expert services supporting the legal sector
* Community health and human health risk assessment

* Managing projects, clients, and regulatory agency relations

* Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines and business units
* Guiding staff in their careers and promoting staff development
About you
