    The Associate Video Editor will play an important role in managing the main CBS Sports YouTube channel, in addition to other social platforms on a daily basis. On top of directly uploading video, you will actively communicate and collaborate with our production, programming, and social teams to maximize viewership of our content. Your Day-to-Day: ● Monitor CBS Sports programming across streaming, broadcast, cable, and podcast ● Identify notable segments and highlight clips with high potential for performance for YouTube and other social media platforms ● Optimize video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) to maximize discoverability ● Work with designers to customize thumbnails for videos; edit templates for thumbnails when necessary ● Upload videos and organize clips in timely manner ● Edit segments into longform compilations ● Regularly communicate/collaborate with CBS Sports HQ programming and production to ensure segments are uploaded in timely fashion ● Gather audience feedback and trends to help refine content strategy ● Support community engagement by responding to comments and community posts Qualifications: What you bring to the team: You have - ● Minimum 1 year of experience in social/digital/video (strong internships will be considered) ● Extreme passion for all sports ● Familiarity with YouTube channel management ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for basic video and design editing ● Willingness to work prime time sports viewing hours, nights and weekends included ● Ability to work under extremely fast turnaround times ● Strong writing and grammar CBS Sports, a year-round leader in cross-platform sports coverage, broadcasts a portfolio of events on the CBS Television Network, including THE NFL ON CBS; college football, including the Big Ten ON CBS; college basketball, including the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship; golf, including The Masters, PGA Championship and PGA TOUR; soccer, including the UEFA Champions League and NWSL; and CBS SPORTS SPECTACULAR. In This Role, You Will: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that clearly articulate the value and benefits of Radicle Health's technology solutions, which includes EHR software products for residential behavioral health, housing, and I/DD services, outpatient and school-based mental health services, and caseworker/client communication software for federal, state, and non-profit human service agencies. Craft compelling marketing messages, content, and tools that effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of Radicle Health's products in a way that differentiates us in the market. Work directly with the sales and customer experience teams to gather customer feedback and identify customer needs to inform product enhancements. Proactively analyze market trends to better position Radicle Health's products in the healthcare technology market, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. Develop and implement marketing campaigns for product launches, updates, and feature enhancements. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and technology applications in clinical settings. Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across functions including marketing, sales, and product development. Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), or clinical data management optional.
