We are seeking a full-time, experienced paralegal to support attorneys at a fast-paced, team-oriented firm in its Manhattan office. The right candidate is a self-starter and has experience with complex litigation and plaintiff firms, especially in the areas of antitrust, securities, and consumer class actions.

The New York City of a large full-service AmLaw Firm is looking for a Paralegal to support a busy practice group. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced paralegal to work with attorneys across several practices including employment, tax and corporate.
Job Description:
- Prepare a variety of legal documents and corporate forms for filing
- Assist attormeys with all tasks related to corporate closings, compliance, corporate tax, transactions
- Legal reserach, due diligence and analysis (if needed)
- Liaisie with clients, attorneys, vendors and intenral lines of business
- Tracking deadlines
- Correspondence
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred
- At least 3 years of exprience as a Paralegal,
preferably
from a well-known law firm, supporting attorneys whose practice focuses on corporate, corporate restructuring, corporate tax, transactional work and employment law
- Open to a hybrid schedule in the NYC Office and overtime if needed
- Proficient with MS Office

Bressler, Amery & Ross, a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm with a national practice, seeks a Paralegal for its' Florham Park, NJ office. The Paralegal will be assigned to support Principals and Associates in its Litigation practice group in connection with medical malpractice, commercial and employment litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters. Hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break, Monday through Friday.
Essential Responsibilities
Organize case files and documents.
Obtain, review and summarize medical records.
Work with expert witnesses.
Prepare depositions, motions and trial binders.
Interact with firm personnel, clients, outside counsel, and court personnel.
Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Education
A minimum of 2 years' paralegal experience in Litigation is required.
Knowledge of medical record review.
