We are seeking a full-time, experienced paralegal to support attorneys at a fast-paced, team-oriented firm in its Manhattan office. The right candidate is a self-starter and has experience with complex litigation and plaintiff firms, especially in the areas of antitrust, securities, and consumer class actions.
It is crucial that the candidate be a quick responder and a good communicator. They will be working with attorneys and paralegals in other S+S offices, primarily through email and over the telephone, as well as sharing documents through our platform.

The S+S paralegals' role is to review briefs and other documents, specifically, proofreading and cite checking, occasionally drafting supporting documentation, and finalize, file, and serve them, as well as assist attorneys with discovery and case management. Once filed, they also handle the service of the complaint and monitor the status of same, keeping the attorneys apprised during the process.
