Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our legal team. We believe in maximizing the value that our paralegals bring to our firm and clients by entrusting them with high-level work that is commensurate with their qualifications. Paralegals do the bulk of the drafting of pleadings, discovery, and case correspondence. Paralegals will be the main point of contact for clients. Responsibilities:
Interface with clients, witnesses, experts, opposing counsel and their staff.
Comfortable as client's main contact, attending client meetings, and track and record client billings and expenses.

Prepare and review discovery, including answers to interrogatories and requests for production requests.

Organize and analyze large volumes of financial documents, including preparing asset/debt spreadsheets.

Qualifications:
3+ years of family law experience under an attorney in a law firm setting.
Comfortable with billable hour requirements and delegating tasks to legal assistant.
Comfortable with practice management systems, billings systems etc.
Excellent organizational, time-management and customer service skills
Paralegal professional certification or advanced paralegal education.
Talented communicator and writer.
