REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Considerable knowledge of technical legal terminology;
Considerable knowledge of legal processes and procedures;
Microsoft Office 365 and Kofax Power PDF;
Bloomberg, Westlaw, LexisNexis File & Serve, Pacer, Courtdrive, and electronic filing procedures (both federal and state); and
Experience with SharePoint document management system.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree, and
Graduation from an ABA-approved program of study for paralegals, or
Graduation from a course of study for paralegals which is institutionally accredited but not ABA approved, and which requires not less than the equivalent of 60 semester hours of classroom study.
