Document Preparation and Filing: Draft legal court documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas. Manage document correspondence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe. E-file legal documents in Florida's E-Portal System. Send correspondence to parties/non-parties via email, regular mail, or certified mail. Client Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering inquiries. Set up Court Calls or Zoom for hearings. Administrative and Other Duties: Perform fact-finding projects. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of litigation experience required. Trial experience preferred. Experience e-filing in both state and federal courts preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
