The position will be based in Boise, ID. Main responsibilities * Manage company-wide employment-related subpoena response process in connection with other support professionals, with the goal of identifying areas for improvement and efficiencies. * Design, manage and coordinate company-wide projects with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws. Project include but are not limited to subpoenas responses, third-party discovery and electronically stored information (ESI) requests for current litigation matters and various One Best Way projects across the company. * Prepare and track summaries of all pending projects, identifying roadblocks and potential solutions for discussion with managers and key stakeholders. * Key Field Ops & Employment owner of service of process procedures, including accepting service via the Company's registered agent. * Provide a variety of support services to Field Operations & Employment attorneys, including Division counsel, in connection with employment and customer related Attorney General complaints, demand letters, charges/claims/complaints, discovery requests, audits, litigation, training and compliance activities. * Lead discovery tasks in connection with agency claims and litigation, including legal holds, witness interviews, documentation collection and initial review, fact summaries and managing deadlines. What we are searching for * 3-5 years of experience working in an employment law department of a law firm and/or corporate legal department with a concentration in employment counseling and/or litigation. * Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal certificate preferred but not required. * Experience and working knowledge of employment law and/or litigation and practice. * Experience and working knowledge of project management and/or continuous improvement activities. * Computer literate and experience in Word and Excel in a Windows environment. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work effectively with people at various levels inside and outside the organization. * Proficiency in basic mathematical computations (e.g., pro rata calculations, date calculations). * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously, multi-task and prioritize. * Customer service orientation and attention to detail.
