Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our legal team. We believe in maximizing the value that our paralegals bring to our firm and clients by entrusting them with high-level work that is commensurate with their qualifications. Paralegals do the bulk of the drafting of pleadings, discovery, and case correspondence. Paralegals will be the main point of contact for clients. Responsibilities:

Assist with trial preparation including the assembly of exhibits, witness binders, and court filings.
Prepare and review discovery, including answers to interrogatories and requests for production requests.
Assist lawyers in the preparation of depositions, hearings, trials, and conferences.
Organize and analyze large volumes of financial documents, including preparing asset/debt spreadsheets.
Draft child support worksheets
Qualifications:
3+ years of family law experience under an attorney in a law firm setting.

Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with a bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, or a related field, or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience working as a paralegal in a mid-size or large law firm, or corporate law department.
Experience with Eminent Domain is preferred but not required.
The role requires expertise in document databases and case management, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and document review systems (Relativity, PACER, LexisNexis, Westlaw, CourtLink, Shepard's).
Familiarity with OnCue or Trial Director is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working effectively with various stakeholders.
