This position is responsible for processing garnishment levies, child support orders, and legal documents as part of a team moving into a new system. The candidate will work onsite with a group of 20 teammates and a garnishment team located elsewhere. Responsibilities include handling the back-end processing of garnishments, reviewing and combining PDF files, ensuring correct information is present, creating cover pages, and entering data into the system for processors. The role also involves verifying information via a database system and meeting daily completion goals.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Process garnishment levies and child support orders.
Review and combine PDF files, ensuring accuracy of information.
Create cover pages for documents before submission to other teams.
Enter data from orders into the system for follow-up by processors.
Verify information through the ticketing system and database.
Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner, meeting daily goals set by the manager.
Collaborate with teammates and other teams via email, Teams, or face-to-face communication.
Qualifications
Attention to detail is critical for success in this role.
Entry-level banking experience beyond customer service is required.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Previous legal experience or familiarity with garnishments/levies is preferred but not required.
