The Painter/Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the painted surfaces and completing basic maintenance duties in and around clinic departments and residential apartments/homes. Document painting operations and time-tracking in accordance with company procedures. Apply decals and unit numbers for tracking purposes. Requisition parts as necessary. Operate forklifts, roll-off trucks and other equipment as required. Apply refinish materials to all interior or exterior surfaces and fixtures for containers, compactors, boxes, buildings and other company assets. Comply with company safety policies and with applicable state and federal regulations. Report immediately any safety violations and correct unsafe acts or conditions. Maintain repair order documentation to include repair description, parts used, and repair times. Conduct monthly inventories as required. Must possess own tools. Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent At least five years of painting experience; Must pass a pulmonary function and respirator fit test.
