This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function and are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** + Repair and remodel imperfections; mask, prepare, and protect surfaces in order to ensure facilities are accurately maintained. + Paint, repair/patch dry wall, door frames, walls, etc. + Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. + Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. + Work with available systems to manage and supervise completion. + Responsible for loading, unloading, preparing and cleaning job sites, materials, and tools. + Clean and maintain equipment by removing all traces of used materials in order to sustain a safe and hazard-free. + Other duties included as assigned. **WHAT YOU'LL NEED** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. + Minimum of two (2) years of experience in commercial painting + Sophisticated knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques. + Knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them. + Patching experience and drywall repair is preferred + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Experience working in a corporate environment and the aptitude to use work order system and submit expense reports + Interpersonal skills to exchange straightforward information. + Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. **Why CBRE?** A culture of respect, integrity, service, and excellence crafts our approach to every opportunity!
