Qualifications - Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional technical training or experience in painting or carpentry preferred. 2+ years of professional industrial painting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in surface preparation, spray application, and finishing techniques. Experience working in a fast-paced production environment with strict deadlines. Pay range and compensation package - $21 - $27 (+ profit sharing) The actual base salary offered will vary based on factors such as relevant skills, prior experience, education, the base salary of internal peers, and demonstrated performance.
