Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with your hands - This could be in custodial repair/home improvement, installer, painting, or even a personal hobby. Good hand with roll painting method. * Ideal experience with resurfacing/refinishing full bath/shower surrounds, applying ratio mixing to paints/resins of additives that enhance quality and finish, color mix and matching when needed.
