• Our Painter is responsible to respond to guest room calls and have the knowledge to make repairs in a timely and efficient manner.

Follow safe work practices and uses appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment).
Prioritize workload according to operational needs.
Assist with road calls by performing oil spill clean-ups in the field.
Cleaning and repairing metal refuse bins and plastic trash containers.
Help maintain yard clean and organized and performs other yard related operational tasks as directed by supervisors.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to use arc welder or wire feed welder to attach new wheel assemblies.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience in all facets of arc welding, oxy fuel procedures is required.
Familiarity with safe work practices and welding procedures.
PHYSICAL:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
Ability to stand, bend, squat and kneel.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and to moderate noise and dust levels.
