The Painter will be responsible for: * Responding to routine and emergency service requests via on‑line work order, radio dispatch or as assigned by Group Leader/Supervisor. The Facilities Maintenance Painter reports directly to the Leadperson of the Facilities Maintenance Department. Under general supervision, the Facilities Maintenance Painter will prepare and paint a wide variety of interior and exterior building components and equipment utilizing industry best practices. When emergencies and/or extreme weather conditions occur, the functions of this position may be deemed essential, and employees must report to work and/or remain on duty during their regularly scheduled work hours or the work hours designated by their supervisors.
