Minimum Requirements
* High School Diploma (GED) and one (1) or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/associate degree).
* Knowledge of and ability to paint and operate spray painting equipment and use acceptable spray painting, techniques (i.e. automotive body shop, aerospace).
* One year of painting or spray-painting experience.
* Willing to work second shift.
* Knowledge of computers and equipment which utilizes computer software technology.

Preferred Requirements
* Vocational and/or technical schooling related to painting in the aviation/aerospace industry.
