The primary responsibilities of our paint sales associate positions are to provide customer service through direct sales of merchandise. Paint sales associates are tasked with additional and specialized duties that include giving color consults, paint product selection advice, maintaining equipment and overseeing the paint department.

Maintain the paint counter, aisles, and inventory daily.

Education - High School Diploma / GED
Experience - The candidate should have a minimum of three years' experience as a carpenter's helper or Journeyman level and possess a good working knowledge of the trade terminology and tools. This position requires the ability to perform precision work with power tools and to work with staining and gluing products.
Licensure - NYS Driver's License
Physical Requirements:
Lifting up to 20 pounds, standing or sitting for extended periods of time, as well as repetitive use of hands and fingers.

* Various shift as scheduled: 7am-4pm
Pay Range Disclosure:
* $20 - $31 per hour

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Painter or Carpenter, who is highly motivated, and detail oriented to join our team! This individual performs a variety of maintenance trade functions such as the wall repair (Stucco, textured), Painting, Furniture repair and painting. You will be working closely with different members of our team, so you will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.

Your role:
* Performs general maintenance of building, facility and soft goods
* Performs finishes repairs and touch ups to various surfaces throughout the hotel and meeting space
* Performs preventative maintenance and maintains logs in an organized manner
* Make repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and window, carpeting, etc.
* Participates in the hotel/resorts preventive maintenance program
* Keeps records as required by company policy and procedures.
* Maintains logs on completed tasks. Prepares reports as requested by supervisors and submits in a timely manner.
