The Jicarilla Service Unit, also known as the Jicarilla Apache Health Care Facility, is located in dulce, New Mexico. The Jicarilla Service Unit serves primarily the member of the Jicarilla Apache Nation with a service population of over 4,000 patients but also serves as other tribes as well. Nzhonachi'idle'ee translated in the Jicarilla Apache language as "a place to get well and is the tribal name of the clinic. The clinic is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAHC). Medical Support Assistant - RESPONSIBILITIES (listed are included but not limited to)
Greets patients and visitors, checks patients in for appointments, verifying demographics and insurance information

What you'll do
Oversee operations in assigned location managing a specific portfolio of properties
Develop and grow a relationship with the owners of the properties by proactively communicating and becoming the subject matter expert of those properties ensuring they are clean, maintained and well cared for
Meet and maintain Vacasa standards and metrics such as NPS, standard unit appearance, and efficiency
Manage a budget for your portfolio adhering to set annual costs, with the ability to perform a cost-benefit analysis
