May be required to operate the box machines, tape and glue gun. Follows prescribed procedures, performs duties such as packing and insertion of corrugated material. Maintains a clean and orderly work area. Verifies carton label information. Prepares boxes for packing. Able to pack bottles both in the production area and in the repack area when necessary. To be able to calculate the number of bottles that can fit into a box and pack bottles in different sequences and in numerical sequence of box labels. Must be able to speak, write and read effectively in order to understand packing labels, travelers, work orders, safety notices, and other forms of written communication. Ability to print legibly and to fill out forms. Must be punctual. **Physical Requirements/Work Environment** (Obsolete temperature information, climate-controlled facility) The noise level on the production floor is 90dB. The Production Packers must wear protective foot coverings such as, rubber-soled shoes. Also, must wear earplugs, safety glasses, bump caps and hairnets when on the production floor. No jewelry except a wedding band without stones. Will frequently lift up to 35 lbs. Also, will be stooping to pick up bottles that are dropped approximately 4% of the day. Ensure the correct bags for the job are being used; when necessary, load the correct bags onto the tray Verify the filters are centered in the bag as they are discharged from the auto bagger Verify the lot number and time stamp are on the bags. When the bags are discharged from the auto bagger, ensure they are straight and upright so they feed properly into the auto sealer. Remove unbagged filters from the conveyor belt (to the sealer) and place the filters into the recycle bin. If the sealer belt breaks, turn off the auto bagger and sealer. Advise the lead person and the machine operator to shut off the machine. Ability to place the correct amount of finished units into the master. Ability to sit or stand for eight hours.

FreshRealm is looking for a Pack Associate thatwill receive produce & raw foods, assemble, ship, label, and/or package foods to customers using manual assembly and IT equipment. This role must follow all safety and health standards. **Key Responsibilities** + Receive foods, assemble Meal kits to recipe specifications, ship kits following Good Manufacturing Practices, and meet health and safety standards. + Works on a limited number of food areas, lines, processes, or items. Work is relatively routine from week to week. + May regularly operate standard conveyor belts or multiple pieces of essential equipment (approximately 30% of total equipment). + Package meal kits following prescribed processes and procedures. Deviation from normal processes must be approved. + Rotate and check food ingredients for freshness. Advise the lead person and the machine operator to shut off the machine. * Ability to place the correct amount of finished units into the master. * Ability to sit or stand for eight hours.
