Summary: Picker Packer The Picker Packer will provide timely and accurate picking and loading of product to meet all customer orders. In this role, you will receive and unload all incoming product daily. We are looking for candidates with an attention to detail who will ensure order accuracy and timely delivery. Duties and Responsibilities Daily picking, shipping, and kitting of orders. Labeling packages. Unloading containers. Receiving and product put away. Scanning and sorting packages. Maintain daily quality and quantity of production targets. Follow customer specifications to pack and ship orders. Position(s) may require work in multiple areas as needed to support the business. Required Skills and Abilities: Kitting - Ability to stand in one spot for extended periods. Fast-paced environment packing items with exact placement. Attention to detail and quality focused. Scanning and sorting- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Will be using a handheld RF Scanner. Attention to detail for accuracy. Ability to adhere to all proper facility and safety guidelines to learn and use RF Scanner utilize safe lifting techniques with or without accommodations. Education and Experience: Entry level role - no experience needed Physical Requirements: Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis. Individuals must be able to use proper techniques to lift 40 pounds. This role is responsible for packaging the finished automotive headlight bulbs for delivery to our retail customers. You will contribute to: * Assembly, packing, weighing and labeling cartons for delivery, shipment, or storage. * Identifying correct labeling and documentation. * Inspecting final product and packaging to ensure they are not damaged * Following all company guidelines regarding packaging. * Handling inventory with care and attention to detail * Packers must be able to seal each container while maintaining product integrity at the set pace of the equipment. * Packers must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
