Packs finished products obtained from drying racks or storage boxes into plastic bags or cardboard boxes. Ensure labeling and date code correspond with lettuce being harvested for the shift. Read scales and check case weights according to customer specifications. Manually package sealed cartons into corrugated cases. Maintain a flow of corrugated cases to the next stage in the packaging process. Stack finished corrugated cases onto wooden pallets. Lift and carry up to 30 lbs. safely. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist Maintenance in identifying problems.
