Stock and maintain tortilla food area. Mix and measure ingredients for quality of corn and flour products prepared daily. Prepare flour or corn dough/ masa recipes for tortillas. Roll and shape tortillas. Use tortilla mixers, and belt to feed dough/masa to make tortillas. Responsible for hand wrapping and packaging of quality corn or flour tortillas.
