Key Responsibilities: Carefully pack medical device parts and components using appropriate materials and techniques to prevent damage during shipping. Build and assemble basic wooden crates and protective enclosures as needed for fragile or large equipment (training provided). Apply labels, documentation, and packing slips according to work orders and shipping requirements. Accurately use tape, foam, bubble wrap, and other protective materials to secure products. Conduct basic inventory control tasks, such as labeling items, verifying stock numbers, and reporting discrepancies. Work closely with shipping, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience in packaging, shipping, or warehouse environments preferred. Familiarity with basic hand tools and ability to perform entry-level crate assembly. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Basic understanding of inventory systems is a plus.
