**Warehouse Order Picker/Packer - Tamarac, FL**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Pack items into designated containers based on size, shape, and quantity
+ Ensure that all items are properly labeled and packaged according to company standards
+ Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all packed items meet the required specifications
+ Operate packaging machinery and equipment as needed
+ Load and unload materials onto and from delivery trucks
+ Stock inventory in an organized manner
+ Forklift experience is preferred.
**Requirements:**
+ Mechanical knowledge to operate packaging machinery and equipment
+ Ability to lift heavy objects up to 80 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
+ Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
+ Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly packing area
+ Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities

Job Description:
The Basket Stacker will have various duties within the packaging & shipping areas. He/She will have job responsibilities of running the stackers, placing finished stacks into the shipping area, keeping accurate counts, and the cleaning of the stackers. He/She will also load the basket un-stacker and monitor its operation. He/She will neatly and accurately fill out all necessary paperwork and turn it into the proper place. Responsible for area housekeeping and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Functions:
1) Review pertinent information with the previous shift i.e. mechanical issues etc.
2) Operate the stackers
3) Place stacks of product on the shipping floor
4) Empty trash as needed
5) Pulling orders and loading of trucks
6) Assist the employees in packaging area
7) Be responsible for job duties while giving relief.
8) Neatly and accurately fill out all necessary documentation (Ex. HACCP - CTS)
9) Maintain a safe neat and clean work area accordance with GMP and good housekeeping practices

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
