Stamina to stand, walk, push, or pull cartons or pick carts and perform repetitive duties for entire work shift. May have to walk up to 8 miles per shift and endure hot or cold temperatures throughout the facility. Able to lift and or move cartons up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day. Able to work well with others in confined spaces, have a good team mentality. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred. Experience with Value Added Services (VAS) such as folding, ticketing, and bagging merchandise is a plus. Background in inventory control or cycle counting is beneficial. Understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing. Ability to follow step-by-step procedures for packing and processing merchandise. Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors. Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 35 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Capability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Strong commitment to teamwork and a positive attitude. Reliability and punctuality in attendance and performance. Position requires pulling warehouse items from shelving based on description, item number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements. Attention to detail is pertinent as you must ensure orders are picked quickly and accurately.
