FreshRealm is looking for a Pack Associate thatwill receive produce & raw foods, assemble, ship, label, and/or package foods to customers using manual assembly and IT equipment. **Key Responsibilities**
+ Receive foods, assemble Meal kits to recipe specifications, ship kits following Good Manufacturing Practices, and meet health and safety standards.
+ Works on a limited number of food areas, lines, processes, or items. Work is relatively routine from week to week.
+ May regularly operate standard conveyor belts or multiple pieces of essential equipment (approximately 30% of total equipment).
+ Package meal kits following prescribed processes and procedures. Deviation from normal processes must be approved.
+ Rotate and check food ingredients for freshness. May receive products and ensure the accuracy of the delivery.
+ Keep work areas/assembly clean, demonstrating clean-as-you-go practices.
+ May be required to complete essential paperwork related to food preparation, packaging, or labeling.
+ Required to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) as prescribed.
+ In coordination with the team lead, identifies issues with Product, Food Safety, Quality, or Equipment and escalates matters to other departments or higher levels when needed.

Work as part of a team to pick correct material for packing to complete the final assembly of kits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:
+ Must follow established procedures for completing daily tasks and seek guidance from supervisor when confronted with unfamiliar situations.
+ Read and understand fulfillment orders.
+ Work as part of a team on a conveyor belt or assembly line.
+ Cut and open boxes, pull material and pack each day's orders in a timely manner.
+ Apply shipping labels, stickers and packing lists to boxes.
+ Stock and restock assembly lines.
+ Inspect materials for defects.
+ Pick, hand collate and insert a variety of printed materials or print related items into packages.
