Responsibilities:
Answers questions from Hospital departments applicable to work performed
Ascertains condition of incoming supplies, notes discrepancies or damaged goods
Assists with physical inventories
Controls traffic in and about the receiving dock
Counts or otherwise measures all receipts to Bulk Stores inventory
Delivers or picks up supplies and equipment to/from Hospital departments
Files daily proofs of delivery, activity reports, and receiving documentation and maintains files in a neat and organized manner
Keeps all work and break areas in a neat, clean, and organized condition
Maintains short-term storage for Hospital records and equipment
Manages information utilizing appropriate manual or electronic systems
Obtains proof of delivery for all non-stock items delivered
Processes all paperwork pertinent to applicable duties
Receives all items deliverable to Hospital dock
Receives through Materials Management Information System all inventory receipts
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of directly related work experience
Knowledge of shipping and receiving codes
HS Diploma
Strong communication skills

Experience with domestic and international shipping and associated packaging and documentation requirements.
Candidates should have experience working with integrated ERP & LIMS systems with NetSuite knowledge being a definite plus.
