Compensation ranges from $37,440 to $58,240 per year, based on experience and availability. Job Specifics Operate a light-duty tow truck to provide roadside assistance for cars and trucks. Perform vehicle recovery, tyre changes, jump-starts, lockouts, and other basic roadside services. Ensure all towing operations follow safe towing practices and proper procedures. Interact with clients professionally, providing excellent customer service during assistance calls. Respond quickly and efficiently to service requests, maintaining composure and attention to detail under pressure. Keep the tow truck clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition. Accurately record service call details, vehicle conditions, and activities. Assist with basic troubleshooting of disabled vehicles when possible.
