Requirements
The Owner Operator/Independent Contractor (1099 Worker) will operate their own vehicle equipped to provide nonemergency transport of mobility- impaired individuals and/or children by offering safe custom transportation to medical appointments or school transportation.
Pre-trip inspection of the vehicle at the beginning of your shift for safety
Operate the vehicle within the limits of all laws and obey all traffic signs/signals
Arrive on time to all scheduled stops
Communicate with Dispatch regularly throughout your shift
Assure each passenger is properly secured with lap, shoulder belts and tie downs
Monitor passenger activity periodically while taking care not to become distracted
Maintain proper licenses and training as mandated by management
Alert Site Supervisor of any problems so we can help
Maintain flexibility as situations can and will change frequently
Requirements
Must be 25 years of age or older
Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Must own a 4-door family sedan, SUV, or Van
Vehicle used must pass a company and vendor required inspection
Must possess a valid Missouri Class E or above license

Reporting to a General Manager/VP/Director, the Partner Success Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging the relationship between our company and our business partners. In your role as Partner Success Manager, you will be part of our success and measured by your ability to excel in the following key areas:
CLIENT PERFORMANCE AND RETENTION:
Maintain a minimum of 90% to Goal
Maintain a minimum of 94% Retention (“Other” Industry), 95% Retention (Core – Not HVAC/Roofing/Paving), 97% Retention (HVAC/Roofing/Paving)
Ensure all clients are implemented properly and set up for success
100% ownership of client satisfaction
Holds and documents monthly results meetings within 24 hours with a minimum of 90% or higher of client base.
Score 6 Appointment Calls per day
95% of Clients at or above 50% to appointment goal • 90 Day Show Rate of 75% or higher • 90% to Survey Goal (No-Overage)
Ensure all customer service issues are handled in a timely manner and maintain consistent communication with Clients
TEAM MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT:
Provide daily coaching/training to Sales Development Representatives and Partner Account Managers to achieve metric performance goals
Manage Allocations for each team member and make sure accounts are assigned in a timely manner. Each rep should have no less than 6 programs.
Make sure each role officer is performing the duties of their role to the best of their ability
Manage PTO for all team members and ensure daily schedules are updated accordingly
Enforce all policies listed in the AMG Employee Handbook
Communicate with HR on Corrective Action and Behavioral Issues
Know all Client, people and compensation details
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE:
Ownership of collecting all accounts receivable by the 15th of the month
Ensures all billing is signed off on time for the accounting department
SALES & UPSELLS:
Ask Client for a referral on every Monthly Results Meeting.
Work to cross-sell products monthly with current client base
COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION:
Ensure proper daily communication with team to create cohesive relationships that meet and exceed goals
Handle all corrective action, PTO management, and adherence to workforce management policies and procedures
Attend all company events and encourage team to do the same
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Familiarity with Abstrakt sales process and sales pipeline management.
