What is an order entry clerk and how to become one

Order entry clerks perform administrative tasks related to customer information and orders. They communicate with customers over the phone or via email, processing orders for products and materials.

You will be responsible for checking inventory to make sure the ordered products are in stock. It will be your job to resolve customer complaints, process payments, and apply discount codes. It will be on you to prepare invoices, make sure orders are accurate, and promote products to customers.
