Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in chemical processing or manufacturing is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in a chemical, flavor, or food manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret batch sheets, safety data sheets (SDS), and technical instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills (for data entry and documentation)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a physically active environment
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling practices and PPE usage
• Forklift certification is a plus

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
Operation of various terminal equipment including shunt trucks, light duty pickup trucks, fuel trucks, trailers, chassis, forklift, sweeper truck, etc
Hostling containers/chassis within terminal to support train loading operations
General duties, as required, including pre-tripping of perishable intermodal containers, building electric reefer container sets on railcars, plug in reefers on ground and monitor performance
Perform visual inspection and report on damages and defects of intermodal equipment
Prepare railcars for proper loading of different-size containers by placement of pedestals and spacers
Assist in securement of containers once loaded to railcar (walking on railcar platforms, locking/unlocking IBC's)
Update system as required once work is completed
Loading and unloading Auto bins
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Job Summary:
As a Robot Operator in the Folding Guard division, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining robotic equipment used in the production of safety and security systems, including wire mesh partitions, safety railings, and storage solutions. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate robotic machinery and equipment, performing tasks such as loading materials, program setting, and execution of operational sequences. Conduct regular maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Identify and report any product defects or machinery malfunctions to the supervisor.
Strictly adhere to workplace safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of safety gear and emergency procedures. Ensure that the robotic equipment is operated in a safe manner to prevent accidents.
Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities, times, and any issues encountered. Assist in the preparation of reports on production performance and machine efficiency.
Work closely with other team members, including engineers, technicians, and production staff, to optimize production processes. Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotic technology relevant to the Folding Guard division. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in robotics or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in operating robotic machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work in shifts and flexible hours if required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise tasks.

Our large format digital print department is in need of a candidate who can multi-task and can work well both within a team and on their own. Responsibilities include processing files with RIP software, organizing daily work schedule, running and maintaining 1-2 grand format printers. Experience with Pantone books, Ergosoft RIP software as well as EFI Vutek/Reggiani print equipment and Dye-Sublimation 2 step transfer process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain daily printing and maintenance on UV and/or Dye Sublimation equipment
Responsible for quality of jobs printed (output, correct images/quantities, color, material quality).
Read and understand work orders and written instructions
Communicates with Art Team & Finishers regarding any critical job details
Able to complete preventative maintenance on equipment as well as successfully troubleshoot printing problems
Willingness to cross-train on other equipment and other departments
Physical demands: able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 to 2 years experience in the large format print field or tradeshow industry
