We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sitework Operations Manager to lead field operations, scheduling, and resource management for excavation, earthwork, and utility installation projects. This role ensures efficient project execution, workforce productivity, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The Operations Manager will collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and foremen to streamline operations, optimize resource allocation, and drive company success.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight & Leadership
Oversee daily field operations across multiple projects, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Manage and coordinate workforce scheduling, equipment logistics, and material procurement.
Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and foremen to ensure seamless project execution.
Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.
Project Scheduling & Resource Allocation
Develop and manage project schedules in Microsoft Project, working with project managers and superintendents.
